Shipments and returns

 Shipping times do not depend on the Seller, but from the mode of shipment chosen by the Customer during the construction of the Order and the forwarder will be sent to the purchased goods. Generally, the delivery occurs within three (3) working days for Italy, within seven (7) days outside of Italy and within two (2) weeks in other parts of the world.  EMOTIONS ITALIANE SRL will do everything possible to guarantee the delivery with the courier within the expected delivery time in the confirmation of order. The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the Customer and is specified in the order. The shipping cost depends on factors such as the weight and volume. EMOTIONS ITALIAN SRL may use DHL or GLS is made for articles intended for this. For other countries, will be used by other companies shipping.

 The Customer is obliged to verify the correspondence of the Product received in your order. In the case in which the Customer finds that the product does not conform to the order should contact EMOTIONS ITALIANE SRL with the procedures laid down in article 6 and to provide for the restitution of the article.

 The sale of the Products shall apply the legal guarantees established by articles 129 and following of the Consumer Code in case of purchase of defective products. In the presence of a defect of conformity, the Customer has the right, at its option, repair or replacement of the defective goods by the seller, without charge, unless the remedy requested is impossible or excessively expensive compared to the other. If replacement or repair is not possible, the consumer has the right to a price reduction or to have a sum that is commensurate with the value of the goods, upon return to seller of the defective product.
The legal warranty lasts two years from delivery of the goods and must be invoked by the consumer within two months from discovery of the defect.
 The Seller found the defect of conformity must repair or replace the goods within a reasonable time from the request, and without charge to the consumer. For any complaints, please refer to the methods described in the art. 13 of the Code of Consumption.
